BCS Electrical is dedicated to helping low-income households reduce energy costs through efficient electrical solutions. As part of The London Borough of Hillingdon’s Decent Homes Project, we worked to upgrade housing conditions for residents. This initiative, launched in 2003, was backed by £60 million in funding secured through tenant and leaseholder feedback, allowing the council to meet the Decent Homes Standard.
In this project, we installed energy-efficient electrical systems in homes, helping residents lower their energy bills. Our work included modern electrical upgrades, improved insulation, and efficient lighting, ensuring long-term cost savings and sustainability for households in Hillingdon.
