Description:

Our Tenant Liaison Officer was the first point of contact, as access was required to each property. This was to conduct an Electrical Installation Condition Report to verify the extent  of the remedial works and safe continued service to the tenants internal dwellings electrical installation before necessary works were carried out to renew these vital services that had reached the end of their service.
