BCS Limited was awarded the opportunity to carry out the electrical installation upgrade of the riser and lateral mains serving tenet’s dwellings, which included the replacement & upgrade to LED energy efficient  lighting, all containment & Landlords LV distribution to Brockley House.

Description:

Our Tenant Liaison Officer was the first point of contact, as access was required to each property. This was to conduct an Electrical Installation Condition Report to verify the extent of the remedial works to the tenant’s internal dwellings, while the electrical installation was being carried out we maintained professionalism with dealing with  the client and key stakeholders at all times .
