BCS Limited was awarded the opportunity to carry out the electrical installation of Lighting and Power upgrade incorporating new fire alarms to Hayes Fire Station.

Description:

The scope of the electrical services within the electrical services package are generally as, but not limited to, the following:

·         New lighting installation, small power with BCS systems.

·         Trunking, tray, conduit and accessories as directed, including adaptation of existing.

·         Earthing and bonding in accordance with the IET Wiring Regulations 17th Edition.

·         Production of electrical installation working drawings.

·         Formation and making good of builders work holes.

·         Fire stopping of cable and cable containment penetrations.

·         Production of setting out drawings of builders work requirements for builders work package.

·         Testing, commissioning and setting to work.

·         Production of operating and maintenance manuals and record drawings.
