BCS Limited was awarded the opportunity to carry Fire Risk Assessments ( FRA’s ) thought-out the London borough of Southwark as part of their continued duty as a responsible Landlord and also in light of the Lakanal fire tragedy. Description: The contract we was awarded was to carry out a test & inspection for all electrical distribution equipment and supplies for landlord areas incorporating rising laterals mains to key stake holders dwellings to allow Southwark Council a risk assessment of all their housing stock and to then identify key areas for investment and improvement. On identification of defects to electrical installations CODE 1 & 2’s were rectified and reports were produced to then warrant the installation in a satisfactory condition. |
